Most cover images are original illustrations made in-house. Some covers and thumbnails use a cropped Wikimedia Commons photo instead; those are credited under the article cover and listed below. Inside articles we use two kinds of photo:

• Wikimedia Commons photos under free licences (public domain, CC0, CC BY or CC BY-SA). We host resized copies and credit the photographer and licence under each image. Where a photo has been cropped, the credit says so.
• Getty Images embeds, shown through Getty's official embed viewer for editorial purposes. They're served by Getty and stay © the photographer/Getty Images.

Photos show people at public events and aren't from the shows themselves unless the caption says so. If you're the photographer or subject and something needs fixing, email hello@spillpop.com.
