South Korea makes some of the best unscripted TV on Netflix. These shows top the streamer’s global non-English charts, and US and UK viewers watch them in huge numbers. You’ll find dating shows that are a lot more slow-burn than Love Island, physical competitions with sets the size of film studios, and a cooking show that turned its chefs into celebrities. Every show on this page is a Netflix original and streams on Netflix in the US and the UK, with English subtitles.

Single’s Inferno

The show that got the world watching Korean dating TV. Singles are stranded on a remote island (“Inferno”), and the only way out is to pair up and win a night at a luxury hotel (“Paradise”). Hong Jin-kyung, Lee Da-hee, Kyuhyun, Hanhae and Dex are the panellists. Five seasons have aired, the latest from January 20 to February 10, 2026, and Season 6 is officially confirmed (Netflix).

Culinary Class Wars

One hundred chefs, split into famous “White Spoons” and unknown “Black Spoons,” cook for a 300 million won prize. Season 1 (2024) made a star of runner-up Edward Lee. Season 2 ended on January 13, 2026, when Choi Kang-rok was crowned champion. Netflix says Season 3, a team-based restaurant-versus-restaurant season, arrives in Q4 2026 (Deadline; MK).

Physical: 100 and Physical: Asia

A hundred of Korea’s fittest people compete in giant, gladiatorial “quests.” CrossFit athlete Woo Jin-yong won Season 1 (2023) and Amotti won Season 2 (2024). The 2025 spin-off Physical: Asia pitted eight national teams against each other, and South Korea won. A US version, Physical 100: USA, is in the works, but Netflix hasn’t set a date (Netflix Tudum).

The Devil’s Plan, Agents of Mystery and more

Producer Jeong Jong-yeon’s brain-game survival show The Devil’s Plan returns as The Devil’s Plan: Dead Again on November 10, 2026, with 16 players including both previous champions (Netflix). His mystery-solving variety show Agents of Mystery released Season 2 on February 27, 2026. For everything else worth your time, from Zombieverse to Better Late Than Single, see our list:

Where to watch

Every show above is a Netflix original, so it streams on Netflix in both the US and the UK. Most new seasons drop in weekly batches of a few episodes rather than all at once. Single’s Inferno Season 5, for example, released at 12 a.m. PT / 3 a.m. ET (8 a.m. UK time) every Tuesday.
